Our Founder
Chad Smith Construction, Inc. embodies Chad's expertise and commitment to construction. Originally from Pennsylvania, Chad attended Concord High School and Saint Mary’s College of California. Graduating in 1996 with a Business Administration degree, Chad has over 20 years of experience in project management and general contracting. In 2010, he earned his General Contractor's License from the State of California, founding Chad Smith Construction, Inc. Our founder has resided in the bay area for over 30 years with his wife and two sons, embodying the values of family, integrity, and dedication in both his personal and professional life.
